Registration
Applications for enrollment can be accepted for the current school year as well as for the school year 2019/20.
Enrollment can take place throughout the year. Parents wishing to register a child at our school are encouraged to visit the school with their child/children for an initial exchange of ideas and experiences. During this first meeting various abilities of children are examined through non-stressful situations, often involving elements of play: language, understanding of quantities, number and letter knowledge, fine motor skills.
As a part of the registration procedure, the individual language level is to be recorded for all children (§36 Abs. 2 SchG). The opportunity to detect language deficits early is vital before one enters the school, so that appropriate support measures ican be implemented in the kindergarten.
